Affirmations

Affirmations are anything repeated back to you, thus affirmed. Affirmations strengthen our beliefs and inspire us from within. Weather negative or positive we are constantly affirming something in our minds. I can do it, I can't do it. She loves me, she don't love me. I am worthy, I am not worthy. So many dualities exist in our mind and, with affirmations, we can encourage our thoughts to lean more on the positive side.

The key to affirming a belief is repetition. Pay attention to what thoughts are constantly forming in your mind and you will see what you are affirming. Whatever you are affirming, that is what you are creating for your life. Keep on affirming what you want until what you are affirming becomes real. Vision boards, written statements, books, music, and good people are all great ways to affirm positive beliefs.

Positive affirmations build our self esteem, and give us confidence and hope.
