
If your business or employment was impacted by the recent LA Wildfires, the County of Los Angeles Department of Economic Opportunity is here to help. You may be eligible for a grant ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 if you experienced property damage, equipment loss, or a decline in income. Proof of residency and evidence of the impact on your business or job will be required.
Available Relief Funds:
Small Business Relief Fund: Grants between $2,000 and $25,000 are available for businesses and nonprofits that suffered structural damage, inventory/equipment loss, or revenue decline.
Worker Relief Fund: A $2,000 direct cash assistance grant is available for workers who lost employment or income due to the wildfires.
Application Deadline:
Applications for both funds close on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and funds are expected to be distributed in March 2025. Applicants must have been employed or self-employed in Los Angeles County at the time of the disaster.
