Empowering beliefs are like having a bag with a magical elixir where all you need is one drop and dirt turns into gold. The right belief system will have you swimming in gold like our old pal Scrooge McDuck.





How then do we strengthen an empowering belief, so that our beliefs serve us in this magical way? One way is through meditation. Meditation is an art that can only be mastered through daily discipline. It is an art and requires practice before serious results are seen.


You cannot meditate one time for fifteen minutes and think everything will be clear, you have to be consistent. Meditate many times throughout the day, and don't concern yourself with if you are doing it right. The key is to just do it.


Take a few moments right now to see for yourself the thoughts and emotions traveling through your mind and body.


Find a comfortable place, close your eyes, sit tall, hands on your lap and just breathe.
